White Sands RV Resort
Our Story

A retreat carved from Tennessee wilderness.

65 acres in southern Greene County — where the Smokies meet open sky and slow days.

The Place

Where the second-oldest Greeneville meets the modern road traveler.

White Sands RV Resort sits on 65 acres of southern Greene County, Tennessee — within 50 miles of Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Hot Springs, Asheville, and Johnson City.

The serene southern Tennessee countryside has the backdrop of the Smoky Mountains, providing colorful seasons, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, star-filled night skies, and sparkling rainbows.

We cater to big rigs with 11 pull-through sites, up to 85ft long, with full hook-ups. Our brand-new clubhouse offers high-speed WiFi, two large ADA bathrooms, laundry facilities, and serves as a storm-safe area with a 911 emergency phone.
